The documentary narrates the stimulating story of the ‘Cantiere Aperto’, which represents a working experience characterized by an enlarged participation of people conducted under the auspices of the Social Theater of Gualtieri, in the province of Reggio Emilia, between September 2011 and May 2013. The documentary aims to present the work activity under a different perspective, a socially-involving work experience that highly impacts on the local territory, renovating the very original roots of cooperation.

Judgement
This film does not only represent a work experience, it more importantly shows a unique life experience and a challenge which contains a high cultural and social value. A plurality of artisanal forms of wisdom at the local level have been shared by the people involved into this adventure; in this case, the work experience project has gathered together tens of volunteers who were all moved by a common goal of a social, rather than an individual, scale.
